Shipping and delivery:

  • After confirming the order, we will proceed with delivery according to the time agreed with the customer. We are not responsible for customers providing incorrect delivery information such as address, phone number, etc. In case the customer provides incorrect information or is not present at the delivery location, shipping fees will be charged. agreed upon for subsequent re-delivery.

The delivery range will be within Ho Chi Minh City. Customers who need to order products and have them delivered will pay shipping fees depending on the location.

  • REGULATIONS FOR EXCHANGE / RETURN / REFUNDS:

_GISELE BAKERY will be ready to support product returns or refunds to customers if the product is defective due to the manufacturer or damaged while being transported to the customer by our delivery service.

_ In case the customer has made a purchase but drops or breaks the product due to an error, we will not be responsible for compensation.

_ After confirming your order, please follow these instructions if you want to CANCEL your order:

  1. Fast food Immediate delivery: Call the Gisele bakery hotline immediately to cancel your order immediately. We will check whether your order has been processed or not.
  2.  PRE-ORDER Delivery at a selected time: Call the Gisele hotline to cancel your order at least 24 hours before your order is delivered.
